A mineral-salt producer with 50 years of history and a site with whole sections missing from Google's index. Technical and on-page work only: sitemap, titles, canonicals, internal links. Monthly visits from Google went from 137 to 452 and impressions from under 3,000 to over 30,000.

Numbers
No working sitemap. Whole sections of the site were not indexed.
Invisible products. The horse, pig and buffalo salt pages had no title or description and were absent from the index. So was the company history page.
Split authority. Duplicate blog paths without canonicals, a wrong heading hierarchy and weak internal linking.
Indexing recovered. Sitemap created and submitted with 53 indexable pages, excluding cart and checkout.
Metadata in the farmer's language. New titles and descriptions for the product pages that were missing, and rewritten on nine pages to fit Google's display format.
One version of everything. Duplicate blog paths consolidated with canonical tags.
Structure. Internal linking aligned with real navigation and a corrected heading hierarchy.
Monthly visits from Google went from 137 to 452 in twelve months. Impressions, from under 3,000 to over 30,000 a month: 210,000 appearances in the year, with an average position of 5.5.
Brand searches sit in the top 5 (three in the top 3) and generic product searches between positions 3 and 7. The next step is CTR: lifting it from 1.6% to 2.5% would add about 1,800 visits a year without a single new page.
Foundational work — recovering indexing, fixing the technical layer, writing the metadata properly — tripled traffic without creating new content. Before writing more, make sure Google can read what already exists.Alejandro Muñoz
