In plain language. They apply to every Clicalto plan. Clicalto is a brand of Thrust X LLC.

Clicalto is an SEO agency: it works so your business shows up on Google and gets recommended by AI assistants. The service includes building and maintaining your website and, when your proposal says so, Google Ads management, always as a monthly service. Your plan, the scope of the first delivery and what is excluded are set out in the proposal you accepted.
You accept these terms when you confirm your plan during onboarding.
Your monthly fee is the one in the proposal you accepted. There is no setup fee unless the proposal says otherwise. Third-party costs (ad spend, payment gateway fees, your domain renewal, platform subscriptions) are paid by you directly to those third parties.
Your fee does not change while your scope stays the same. If you ask for more scope, we send you the new price in writing and you confirm it before it applies. Any other change to your fee is notified at least 30 days in advance.
You pay in arrears. No card is asked for up front: the site is built first and the first charge happens when you approve the first delivery from your link. After that, billing is monthly.
Each cycle is subject to your satisfaction with what was delivered in that cycle. If you are not satisfied, you tell us and we fix it. If it still does not satisfy you, that cycle is not charged, and the work from that cycle is neither published nor handed over.
The preview we send you before approval is for review only: you may not use it commercially or present it as your site. It is available for 72 hours from when we send each version and stops being public when that time is up. You can reactivate it at any time by approving it and paying the first cycle.
There is no minimum term. You can cancel anytime; the service ends at the close of the cycle already paid. We may also end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of non-payment or unlawful use.
Your domain, your content (copy, images, brand), your data (contacts, customers, analytics) and any assets you provide are yours, always. Accounts in your name (domain, Google Business, Analytics, Google Ads) stay in your name.
You give us permission to use that material only to provide the service to you.
The website infrastructure, the codebase, the templates and design system, the agentic system (including the agents that edit the site by message), the automations and the proprietary technology are the intellectual property of Thrust X LLC.
While the service is active you hold a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all of it for your site. The license does not include delivery of the source code or of the agentic system.
When the service ends, the license ends and the site stops being served from our infrastructure. You keep your domain, your content, your data and your accounts.
If you ask within the following 30 days, we give you, at no cost, an export of your content and data in standard formats (text, images, CSV) and help you point your domain wherever you decide.
The times in your proposal are estimates in business days, counted from the moment we have the materials and access we need. We do everything reasonable to meet them and tell you beforehand if something will take longer; they are not contractual penalties.
If your proposal is for SEO paid on reaching page one, these rules also apply. The offer applies to the Monthly Shot and Weekly Shot programs signed up by Friday, November 27, 2026; it does not apply to One Shot. Each project is accepted after we evaluate it in the demo call, and the written proposal sets the agreed keyword, the monthly fee, any initial fee the project requires and the start date.
We agree on the keyword together, with a minimum monthly search volume and buying intent. What we measure is its organic position on Google in the country where the business's customers are, which is set in the written proposal (for example, Colombia or the United States); paid ads and the map pack do not count.
The monthly fee is charged only for the cycles in which your site appears on the first page for that keyword. If it drops off the first page, billing pauses until it is back. For these projects, this rule replaces the first charge on delivery described in section 3.
If your site does not reach the first page within 3 months of onboarding, the service ends and no monthly fee is charged. If the proposal included an initial fee, it covers work already delivered and is non-refundable. Nobody can guarantee rankings on Google: what we agree on is when you are charged, not a guaranteed result.
