Four lines of business competing for one screen, an inventory published by hand and nine months without a single qualified lead from the site. The homepage was restructured around visitor intent and a private workspace was built where an assistant turns raw details into a finished listing in minutes, without risking the rankings they already had. The first week in production brought two qualified leads.

Numbers
Four intentions on one screen. Buyers, travellers, investors and owners needing management all landed on the same page with no clear path for each.
Rankings that could not be risked. The site already performed in search. A careless URL restructuring during the redesign would have wiped that visibility out.
Slow, manual inventory. Publishing each listing meant writing, entering specs and uploading photos by hand. The result: stale inventory.
A homepage organised by intent. Three entry points — buy, stay, invest — take each visitor to their own path from the first second.
Editorial design, not a listings grid. Large photography and careful typography: a magazine, not a database.
Private workspace. An authenticated portal separates drafts, approvals and live inventory, with roles. The team publishes without depending on a developer.
AI assistant for new listings. Generates title, description and structured data (area, bedrooms, bathrooms, neighbourhood, price) from the basic property details.
Bilingual from the base, ranking-safe migration. Spanish and English share a structure so they never drift apart, and every URL and metadata was mapped before launch.
In the previous nine months the site had not produced a single qualified lead. In the first week after launch two arrived through the form, with name, phone and what they were looking for. Same domain, same rankings: what changed is what the visitor finds on arrival.
All 275 properties live in the portal, editable and publishable by the sales team from one interface; publishing a listing went from an afternoon to a few minutes. Roles are clear: draft, approval, live.
Ranking was never the hard part here. A site that ranks but does not convert wastes the traffic it earned: restructuring the homepage around visitor intent turned the same traffic into leads, and the workspace keeps inventory current without depending on anyone.Alejandro Muñoz
